ETABS/SAP Training Manuals - Manual Request

I would like to request anyone who has copies of the following training manuals for CSI products. As a beginner this will help a lot to just not me but to all beginners out there to study Etabs and Sap softwares.

- ETABS Steel Training Manual
- ETABS Concrete Training Manual
- SAP2000 Training Manual
- ETABS Steel: From Start to Finish Training Manual
- ETABS Concrete: From Start to Finish Training Manual

Im sorry carlofabie,,, if they were really installed inside the programs I should have seen them... I believe these are the manuals distributed via seminars etc... so whoever have copies please share... thanks

In my view some of these manuals are not even worth their price. When you go to CSI website the cost of all each of these manual is 75 USD. I guess you can learn a lot from the documentation that come with installed program, including Help documents.

with due respect ... thats why I'm hoping someone might have those copies... it will be a jump start for someone like me as a beginner.
