Excuse my curiosity, but did you intent to refer to Wind Turbine towers?
I tried to find information on WIND MAST and it seems to refer to a wind sensor equipment company.

Usually all communication tower construction companies can build it if it is of steel, and if it is concrete, look for compenies who has constructed high chimenies. But there is no specific builder in Pakistan for mast. U may email me details and I would let U know few compenies.
