What is sock well? Is it locate outside of Septic Tank?

Sock well pit or sock away pit, hope you are referring to this, is that pit dug just ahead of the septic tank to sock off the effluent (in simple words waste water) from the septic tank into the ground.
The sludge(solid waste) settles to the base of the septic while the effluent runs off through the outlet into the sock well pit.

Rithy,

File is Excel 2007 version, if you use another version open it, it's compatible+read only mode.
You can ==> save as for Excel 2003 and open file you've just saved.
Or use Excel 2007 to open it.
