I've just made an excel spreadsheet and want to share with you. You can check the ultimate moment capacity of a beam(rectangular or T, bonded prestress or non prestress or both). I,ve verified with an example of AASHTO.

HI all

It's very good but i believe the assumption is fully bonded as in case of pretensioning. Hope it can be extended to cover posttension too :)
