(I've downloaded winzip150.exe using Site 1)

1. Install WinZIP if you don't have one
2. Using WinZIP open the file AISC13_COMP if you used post #1 links to make a download or open the file AISC13_COMP_civilea.com if you used links from this post to make a download (right click on file > Open With > WinZIP)
3. Enter the password and then press the button called Extract
4. Find the apropriate place on your disc to make extraction and the rest of the job is on you.
