This issue was happen due termination of our cdn account.
Our CDN account has been terminated by seller without any reason.
We are working to revert changed code.

^ recent issue on loading images and stylesheets on forum were solved.

I want to press tanks on the post
and it says that " you don't have permission to acces this page"
why?

No I can't. It says the same message when I want to make somethhing in moderating tools and I don't have enough tools like a protector for instantce.
The tab with writing options is disabled maybe why?

yes, because only protectors and above have privilege to post in that section, thus other can not post or thanks there
