I'm not sure - I've pressed the "Find All Posts" or "Find All Thanked/Agreed Posts" or something like this in my Profile and the error appeared.

I've tested now all of those and similar buttons and the same error goes for "Find All Posts Thanked/Agreed For"

It works for me, check it and if problem insist tell me.

Last night I got the same message too. But now it works fine for me.

Today I posted a new thread in Civil Engineering News Section - Conference, Seminar and Education News and I saw that the button which indicates to post a new thread was missing. There was only the words "Post Thread" look below

This was because of high load on server or the page wasn't full loaded...?

We used CDN to speed up page loading, sometimes due to error in CDN some images not loaded completely. This why that image have not been shown that time.
