Dear Friends
I need the 1940 El-Centro or 1940 Imperial Valley Earthquake Record that PGA of Horizontal and vertical componens are 0.32g and 0.21g respectively.
I find the horizontal record from below link but I don't find other components yet.
I search the PEER strong ground motion database but I didn't find this record.
Please can anybody help me?
thanks in advance

The Geotechnical Engineering Handbook brings together essential information related to the evaluation of engineering properties of soils, design of foundations such as spread footings, mat foundations, piles, and drilled shafts, and fundamental principles of analyzing the stability of slopes and embankments, retaining walls, and other earth-retaining structures. The Handbook also covers soil dynamics and foundation vibration to analyze the behavior of foundations subjected to cyclic vertical, sliding and rocking excitations and topics addressed in some detail include: environmental geotechnology and foundations for railroad beds.

This report studies the effect of structural characteristics on the predicted seismic response of ductile steel moment frame structures. Various approaches for modeling the contributions of beams, panel zones, and elements of the gravity-only portions of the structure were considered. The effects of differing assumptions regarding geometric nonlinearity and viscous damping were also considered. Structural configuration (redundancy) and proportioning (beam to panel zone strength) were studied
