I am working on pile foundations and soil liquefaction effects so i have downloaded OpenSeesPL and installed, but i am facing following problems
1.pile group option could not be checked.
2.example files downloaded are in other format.
thank you

IABSE(International Association of Bridge and Structural Engineering) Workshop Shanghai 2009 - Recent Major Bridges
IABSE Workshop Shanghai 2009 - Recent Major Bridges
The IABSE Workshop Shanghai 2009 and Chinese Bridge Tour, organised by the Chinese Group of IABSE, Tongji University and the China Civil Engineering Society, was held on May 11-20, 2009.
The Workshop 'Recent Major Bridges' included recent development and critical problems related to design, construction, management and assessment of major bridges from around the world and presented examples of the state of the art in design and construction of major bridges in China. It was followed by a 8 or 3 days Bridge Tour, at which the most important bridges built recently in China, were visited, including the Lupu Bridge.
This publication is composed of a printed Workshop Report and a CD-ROM containing eight Keynote Lectures and twelve Invited Papers in full length for oral presentation at the Workshop.

Cohesive Sediments in Open Channels: Erosion, Transport and Deposition
Cohesive Sediments in Open Channels: Erosion, Transport and Deposition
Author: Emmanuel Partheniades
Publisher: Butterworth-Heinemann
ISBN: 1856175561 | edition 2009 | PDF | 384 pages | 3,9 mb
Control the impact of cohesive sediments on open channels by managing the effects of silt, clay and other sediments in harbors, estuaries and reservoirs. Cohesive Sediments in Open Channels provides you with a practical framework for understanding how cohesive sediments are transported, deposited and eroded. One of the first books to approach the subject from an engineering's perspective, this book supplies insight into applying hydraulic design as well as understanding the behavior of cohesive sediments in a flow field.

I don't really know what is going on, but i can't seem to use library typical structures in autodesk robot structural analysis. When I select the type, for example, a predefined truss of some sort in the Typical Structures dialog I press OK and then a dialog appears that has some customisable parameters for the structure. After I finish and press OK it displays the following dialog "Errors in the file Do you want to see them?" and if I click on yes it displays the syntax for the library file used(in my case the 2D triangular truss). Can anybody please help me?I have been googling for a solution for days, you can say that I'm at wits end. :dash2:

This textbook provides the basic information about the Environmental Engineering and as such, very much useful for the first year B. Tech. students of all branches/disciplines. The book covers the new syllabus of the semester scheme for the first year in R.T.U. and other universities. It encompasses the practical applications of the subject, that is the real need of the hour and also discusses the major environmental problems we face today.
Key features Contains authentic information provided by the different Manuals prepared by The C.P.H.E.E.O. Includes examples of different projects and schemes for illustration.
Simple sketches and easier derivations of the mathematical formulations have been adopted. Review questions at the end of each chapter are given to test the understanding of the reader.
The practical problems of field and fundamental solutions have been correlated by the vast experience and deep sense of concern to the mother earth.
