It is such a disappointment to see that the owner of that web site just copy/pasting exact posts from this forum and there is no link to REPORT or CONTACT...
ADMIN should take some action...
After uploading the WS ETABS manual on 4sahred, (yes i posted the links on CIILEA and or my structural forum too)...but when i just googled for the manual to see if its appearing in seach or not...i was astonished to see that it was directly pointing toward the web site mentioned above. without clear reference to my blog or CIILEA forum...yes i know it was shared publicly on 4shared...so it will be visible to all and links may appear on other sites like 4shared, filetube etc...but instead of CIVILEA reference all traffic is going to that web site....This not fair for this forum...i mean we are working for this forum and the fame goes to some another web site without even permissions and reference to author/civilea forum.

Product Description
The success of any concrete structure depends on the designer’s sound knowledge of concrete and its behaviour under load, under temperature and humidity changes, and under exposure to the relevant environment and industrial conditions.
This book gives students a thorough understanding of all aspects of concrete technology from first principles. It covers concrete ingredients, properties and behaviour in the finished structure with reference to national standards and recognised testing methods used in Britain, the European Union and the United States. Examples and problems are given throughout to emphasise the important aspects of each chapter.
An excellent coursebook for all students of Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering and Building at degree or diploma level, Concrete Technology will also be a valuable reference book for practising engineers in the field.
No need for comments for this book.

EN 197-1:2000/A1:2004 Cement - Part 1: Composition, specifications and conformity criteria for common cements
EN 197-1 defines and gives the specifications of 27 distinct common cement products and their
constituents. The definition of each cement includes the proportions in which the constituents are
to be combined to produce these distinct products in a range of six strength classes. The definition
also includes requirements the constituents have to meet and the mechanical, physical and
chemical !including, where appropriate, heat of hydration requirements" of the 27 products
and strength classes. EN 197-1 also states the conformity criteria and the related rules. Necessary
durability requirements are also given.
NOTE 1: In addition to the specified requirements, an exchange of additional information between the cement
manufacturer and user may be helpful. The procedures for such an exchange are not within the scope
of EN 197-1 but should be dealt with in accordance with national standards or regulations or may be
agreed between the parties concerned.
NOTE 2: The word “cement” in EN 197-1 is used to refer only to common cements unless otherwise specified.
