You can do it!
How about save the page in your computer (html format)? It isn't the same? And you can edit, take separate pictures and graphics, and... print as PDF file with PDF print emulator!

i dont understand y a new section... since it's already in a new section...

It has all the editions from August 2007 to May 2009 including the professional Development hour (PDH) series articles...

moreover i have included PDH articles published by AISC
