Consulting/Freelance Structural Engineer (EI - sitting for PE soon)
8 years experience in the US of A Business stinks. I have only pulled in about 30k/year (approx 2.5k/month) the past 2 years w/ no benefits except my freedom. When I was working for 'the man' I was making around 60k per year. If anyone needs a extra pair of hands on their job, I would be happy to help. BTW, k = $1000 USD, i.e. 30k = $30,000 USD/year

C&S engineer in Malaysia.14 years experience, worked in UK for a total period of four yrs, now back in Msia.
Income now about £15500/annum after tax. Not much compare to the income in developed country I know.^^
