I do not design to as3600 in my daily work although i study the code once a while. But isn't the HB 71-2002 (in Australian Standards thread by l_namali) good enough for you? with the as3600 as main reference.

hi! yes! HB 71-2002 is a really good reference.. it helps me a lot.. but it lacks some more details works ( or examples) on some topic which can help me to fully compare AS 3600 to BS 8110
