Some comments:
1.The language used is some type of Arabic (maybe Iranian script). Sorry about my lack of knowledge. There is no English/Latin in it, so it seems usable only for Iranians.
2. The CD image has some type of protection, so if you want to use it you must burn/mount it. A lot of fake-name and hidden folders. It is a CloneCD image actually. You can open it with MagicISO (UltraISO & PowerISO can't handle it porperly) and extract/browse it.
3. A lot of unnecessary megabytes in it: useless animations, flash, music and graphics. It seems that some web-fashion designers did it, and not engineers.

the language is Farsi and usefull for persians ...
