instaled and the splash screen apears, closes, and them nothing hapens.

both before and after cracked install

any sugestion ?

Read

Delete created by default .net native image.
Run as admin command prompt (cmd.exe) and
execute command:
C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319>ngen uninstall SAP2000

Hi,

I have followed exactly the instructions for this 23 version as indicated but It doesn´t work. The program screen is displayed but nothing happens after that. I have tried to install also the 21 and 22 versions but the original program screen appears and after that the "No licensing...." message is displayed and the programs close.

I need some help. Any suggestion?

when I try to download crack from post #1 the google chrome or Microsoft edge block and stop downloading
because it detected a virus

Disable your antivirus and make an exception for the folder where you save and run the key gen. Many cracks and key gens are detected as viruses by some antivirus programs but at least the Lavteam ones until now were safe. I remember as usual I checked the program and deleted after because I don't use it and don't remember any problems. I use Free Avast and for me is enough.
