I downloaded the file a few times to be sure... and it opens just fine in Adobe Acrobat Reader. Usually if the file is incomplete, then Reader will say the file is corrupted somehow. However, it has only 444 pages. It is also listed on Amazon as having 600 pages. Therefore, file appears to be incomplete. Pages 246 to 278 and possibly others may be missing. My apologies.
