I had seen this link before by search in google and when I saw your post in this site, register and activate (pay money) for see your link and download this guide. But you only put the publisher page link and you take me mistake!!!

If you want to renew the request you are wellcome but accusing someone only because you didn't see or understand something is not the best way to begin your way in our forum. We are not a store but a forum. It's true we ask our users to pay a subscription but this is still a forum where users ask for help or for books or for software but we don't sell.
