*The old implementation of Hong Kong standard has been revised and adapted
*ULTCHK: Reinforcement defined at composite was not considered ? fixed
*ULTSUP: Tendon results were not treated correctly fixed
*CANTILEVER : Module did not work properly – fixed
* Element-CS: Editing an element of type Viscous Damper cleared the angle value -fixed
*SELECT Licensing: Node lock license activation does not create an entry for the used country.
*Uses now location definition of Windows operating system
