Thanks. Seems like a useful book. Page 221, 223, and the index 235-237, and the back cover are fine. Not missing?
But there are a lot of 'hidden page's between?
Only problem is pages with small text are hard to read, eg page 219 (pdf page 233)
Mostly the text is bigger than that though
