This technique might be called leeching. There are several sites that offer leeching accounts. you simply register on the website of the leeching service and you can enjoy premium download on many file servers, hosting like rapidshare, 4share, etc.

Incidentally I have also signed up on one site and leeching were enjoying a premium download facility. However, to register on the website of the leeching, we had to buy an account on them by price, space, bandwidth and a certain period of time.

A few days ago, I found one site that sharing these techniques for free. That is by using a Link Generator that is still active, and also Downloading Tools (using java script code) as well as cookies. With this technique, you can enjoy Premium facilities for free.
