Mediafire, JumboFiles - Great DL Speed - Upload Not so good
4shared, 2shared, filecloud (formally itfile), zippyshare - Great DL and Up speed

For me the best reliable source is 4shared, Mediafire, Depositefiles & Hotfile. Both uploading and downloading speed host is well maintained.
Though i use other sharing websites like 2shared, uploading, filefactory, rapidgator, rapidshare, sendspace, gigasize, etc.
