resulting in the following problems in the scan:

1. The Greek symbols are replaced by a dot (.) in the formulas,
2. The Table of Contents and other Forward Matter are missing,
3. Text is blurry, causing many OCR inaccuracies.

Don't waste your time with the 13th Edition posted here - the 14th is much clearer, complete, and best of all more up to date.
