None of the above links answers the 'metalgun' request. I think that, at least so far, the two books are available only avalaible for purchase. By the way, they are two excellent books!

Hi, Dell Brett. Yes I did try the SEARCH and the "closest" results are like what you'd posted here and also by Jorgeramos.

However, these are not by ECCS. Anyway, do appreciate and thank you for your and Jorgeramos's reply and suggestion. cheers.
