Seeing the request of some user to upload again an autocad file in an earlier format i understand that maybe not all users know this free utility of Autodesk. This is the last version and every one can download it for converting dwg files (in batch mode too).
Don't forget - the Autocad versions 2000 and 2002 use the 2000 format, 2004, 2005. 2006 the 2004 format and from 2007 until 2010 the 2007 format.
