How to get screenshot of your screen/ desktop/ or window(s) that is currently shown on your screen?

1.
When you want to capture desired screen, press the button on your keyborad that reads PrtScn/SysRq (in upper right corner of your keyboard) in that way your picture is stored in RAM (Random Access Memory).

2.
Open program Paint (we all have it at least Paint instaled on our Windows) or some other program like Paint.

3.
Press right mouse button (RMB) on empty space in Paint and then press Paste or simply when your Paint is open press two buttons on your keyboard CTRL+V - now you have picture of your screen that you can save in .jpg or .bmp (or any other Paint-supported format).. Enjoy!

Best regards

or a more fancy way..

SNAGIT 9.1.3

Capture anything you see on the screen. Edit and combine those captures. Share them via your favorite applications. Organize and find them again later. The more you use Snagit, the more ways you'll find to use it!

If you can see it, you can snag it

Don't waste time cropping your captures. Snag exactly what you need, with just a click.

Profiles make it easy. Snagit comes with eleven preset buttons that make screen capture a cinch! Capture a region of your screen, text from a window, the contents of a tall page that scrolls, all the images on a Web page, you get the idea.

Custom suits you. Don't feel limited by the eleven profiles—create your own combinations for nearly unlimited capture possibilities. What's that? You want to set up a keystroke that captures a menu along with the mouse pointer...adds a drop shadow...and sends the image directly to your Wordpress.com blog? Sure, no problem!

Notice:

The file size in BMP format is bigger than JPG or TIFF formats! (10 times more!). So, prefer always save as JPG format your image.

To paste any image in PAINT, firstly open the PAINT, reduce the size of new blank scress to a small square (1 t 1 centimeter or minus) and close it. (This procedure must be only once).
Open again and past the screen captured image. Now, there's no blank parts (borders) in your new image!

Better than all, consider use the a dedicated program to capture screen, like "FASTSTONE CAPTURE":

In Addition to above post,,,,,,.

Doesn't matter, whatever method u use for Screenshot,,

The only thing is,,,,....

U MUST HAVE TO SAVE UR IMAGE IN ONE OF THESE FOUR FILE TYPES (JPEG, .JPG, .GIF, and .PNG)..

BECAUSE...
As per forum rule,,, U can't post transparent links.

USE PIC CIVILEA.

Yes, we delete support BMP extension because this type of image is large,

+Note: Try use small size picture, we limited allowed size of picture up to 1.5MB, but lower size image is recommended, many user of forum have low speed internet connections.
