[PROBLEM] Best software/Excel sheet for punching shear calculation as per ACI 318

Dear engineers,
I want to discuss what is the best program or excel sheet for calculating the slab punching shear as per ACI 318, since PROKO software gives error calculations and calculates the shear reinforcement in a stupid way and does not match with code formulas & CSi SAFE has some bugs in checking the adequacy of the slab's effective depth.

hope you are doing fine
if you know french language , there is a program ( freeware but in french language ) called RDM
very useful for shear , moments , plates , truss etc.. calculations , it has a wide library for arcs and other models.

Thank you, but this program can not calculate slab punching shear which is the primary purpose of publishing this post.
