I checked the download links. I have used "Internet Download Manager" to download the file and the file was successfully downloaded. The archive file is extracted successfully by "7-Zip" and "WinRAR". I opened the PDF file by "Foxit Phantom" and "Adobe Acrobat" and there was no problem.
