[Suggestion] Increase the maximum length of the thread title

Some book and journal paper has a long title that the current maximum allowable title length can't hold it,

I suggest to increase the allowable title length

this is the script limitation and unfortunately it is nt possible to fixed it.
for this condition it is better to reduce the subject.
