I want to Learn manual design shear wall of Reinforced Concrete. Please suggest me a book which cover this material..

Check "CIRIA 102 - Design of shear wall buildings". It's available here in the forum or you can find easily in google.

MacGregor for ACI
SS Ray for BS

SS Ray has some good 'treatments' for core wall design if you are looking at that as well.
