Where I can get scholarship for Graduated program. Now I'm in 6th semester and I want to continue my study abroad(I'm from Indonesia). I think America or Europe is good choice.

there are numerous way to get abroad (since I'm from the same country as you are) check the embassy specifically the country you want to go... if I'm not mistaken there will be some requirement you need to fill and test before you go, (and don't forget to make a passport)

a few days ago, there roadshow from various scholarship (germany, US) and perhaps for the next season Australia will do the same thing. I presume that you're already familiar with DAAD, Aminef, etc. They're always announce it annualy, why don't you check them out?
