This set of papers forms the proceedings of the Bridge Engineering 2 Conference 2009 held at the University of Bath in Spring 2009. It contains 39 papers, written by undergraduate students of civil engineering in the Department of Architecture and Civil Engineering, as part of their Bridge Engineering 2 taught unit.

Each paper provides an insight into the design and construction aspects associated with a single existing bridge.
