Can you explain ... which software is used to come up with this design calculation, as it is just a computer output/printout

This is a combination of manual and software calculation and analysis, the Software being used is Etank 2000 from E-ware

Is the E-Tank give us the foundation loading data after mechanical design analysis?

Yes, It will give you the foundation loading data depending on your input and it must be completely fill up depending on the required parameters.
