It is a signal pleasure to extend an invitation to our 10th International Conference on Urban Earthquake Engineering (10CUEE) to be held in Tokyo on March 1st and 2nd, 2013. The conference has been convened every March since 2004, under two consecutive five-year Center-of-Excellence (COE) programs headquartered at the Center for Urban Earthquake Engineering (CUEE) here at Tokyo Tech. Our current Global-COE program (August, 2008- March, 2013) is entitled International Urban Earthquake Engineering Center for Mitigating Seismic Mega Risk.
