I'm looking for the following standards:
CEN/TR 15177 "Testing the freeze-thaw resistance of concrete - Internal structural damage";
CEN/TS 12390-9:2006 Testing hardened concrete - Part 9: Freeze-thaw resistance - Scaling;
CEN/TS 12390-10:2007 Testing hardened concrete - Part 10: Determination of the relative carbonation resistance of concrete;
CEN/TS 12390-11:2010Testing hardened concrete - Part 11: Determination of the chloride resistance of concrete, unidirectional diffusion;
BS EN 14629:2007 Products and systems for the protection and repair of concrete structures. Test methods. Determination of chloride content in hardened concrete.

These are European standards. As far as I know Turkey introduces European standards, which operates in parallel with the Turkish standards. I guess that those standards are valid for the territory of Turkey also.

But I think, you’ve made a little mistake. The kazangap’s question (post #2 here) doesn’t concern BS EN 14629. It is connected to the first part of the original thread which has been left in the request section, namely to the CEN/TSs requested there. I think, that kazangap was confused, because as ‘TS’ are also designated Turkish standards (for example, TS 12345 would be a Turkish standard). That’s why he/she asks his/her question.

The answer is that CEN/TS is CEN technical specification - European pre-standard issued by CEN (European committee for standardization) for “innovative technology, or when various alternatives need to coexist in anticipation of future harmonization that would not gather enough as to allow agreement on a European Standard (EN)” (as it is defined by CEN). as I see the thread concerning the standards excites many members of this forum. And I will try to further clarify the topic.
I guess you all already know what CEN - European Committee for Standardization.
CEN members are the national standards bodies of Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia,
Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland,
Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.
All countries, members of CEN are obliged to withdraw their national standards that duplicate or contradict European standards - publications of CEN.
At that time, Turkey is not a member of CEN so that it is not obliged to withdraw their standards and to introduce European in their place.
At this moment, Turkey intensive introduces European standards, which act in parallel to Turkish standards.
In other words, in Turkey, for one product may act simultaneously two standards - European (EN) and Turkish (TS).
If a given standard is designated as TS, this means that it is a Turkish standard, which is valid only for Turkey.
And accordingly, if the name is TS EN, this means that it is a Turkish standard that implements a European standard in the territory of Turkey.
The same applies to other standards (BS, UNI, UNE, HF, PS, etc.).
I hope with these remarks I was useful to the members of our forum.

it is written in English and made in 2008. Only few cover pages are in Serbian.

I know I'm a "bit" late with this, but anyways...
