i have tried all the methods listed here to install staad but sorry to say that no one worked, is there any other way out.

Install IEG server of previous version say build 04, and paste the below link files in :\windows\system32 folder.

Hope it works. worked for me.

Install license tools, then install STAAD.Pro
Replace "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Bentley Shared\IEG\IEGLCS\Bentley.liclib.dll" with supplied one.
Click staad.reg to update your registry.
