Problem with oasys software

Hello friends.

After use the option OPEN for open existing file the software (Greta and Frew) crushes.
I am not familiar with dmp files and have no idea how to try and spot the problem.

I do have a dmp file, but no clue what to do with it.

Any ideas maybe?
