The ACI provides a Manual of Concrete Practice 2006, where there are more than 180 ACI committees' documents of several topics about: mixtures, control quality of concrete, cracking control, design of tanks, slabs, slabs on grade, environment structures, bridges, nuclear buildings, piles and much more, all you know. As we are designing some structures and we need to check some specific criteria or process in accordance to ACI's committees. So I hope it can help you in your work.

my advice to get the complete up to 2007 version is to download the the 05 or 06 full edition and 06&07 updates in this thread.

I have updated ACI Manual of Concrete Practice 2006 by deleting all old files and replacing them with new ones update till March 2010. Note: for the deleted files the index forACI MCP 2006 will not work. All updates are included in the attached files.
Also note the Special Publications (SP-) are not included nor by of ACI MCP.
