SP-17 is incomplete. I only see 1 page.... could you please re-upload?

If I recall correctly, SP (special publication) is never published in their MCP issues, it is more like a standalone document. Sometimes, SP contains a selection of a few publication of ACI found in the MCP. But, I think this SP is more of a design manual on its own.
