Adding ( attach file ) to threads

Dear Admin
often , we have a good materials ( file size 1.00 M.B or less ) such as dwg & pdf & word & excel and so on
and we want to share it without needing to upload
so , my suggestion is adding option which help members to attach files with the threads or posts
and the others can download from attached
I hope this suggestion is not against rules

For me in every place in software section (only) this option exists. If we need it in other sections ? Maybe in problems (Civil engineering discussions) too.

for limitation of server load & security reason uploading files on CivilEA server deleted. only moderators can upload files.
may be in future we do some change on it ...
