Small fix for Safe 8, instead of Standard now it's Plus w/Detailer

In win 7 sometimes the Locking code 1 obtained from echoid or wechoid is different if run as administrator or simple user. Even though both locking codes look good e.g.:
a) without administrator rights: 4-1ED34
b) with administrator rights: 4-1387A
4- means that code is based only on Disk ID, and this is good.
If software like let's say safe 12 is run with administrator rights, the license should be generated with code b (4-1387A) or else it won't work.
