Google Finding Posts???

Hi all

Is there any way to prevent the google spiders from indexing the site??? I did a search for a product that I requested, and my post came up on the first page??

I am a member of an audio appz site and they have blocked the spiders from indexing and this only adds to the security of the site

yes it is possible, but sometimes we need this for improve forum by attract new strong user, because many user find new sites by searching,
but if most user wants prevent indexing forum, we will done it.

Just put the "unwanted" words with "formatted code" option, like this:

obviously links and other things are hidden as per the site policy, but the very fact that software requests are being made on the site could surely lead to some kind of potential issue
