hi friends,
i am searching for a book related with highway design and traffic safety, mainly related with OPERATING SPEED and design speed. does anyone have this book please;

hi, thanks for your reply.
anyway, the link which you have provided is not the same things.
that is an indian book with less than 2$ price and very general book for diploma level engineering.
actually, i can buy this one, but i am in china now and it not possible to get this book in chinese market.
side by side, i am searching some books related with V85 ie operating speed, if you are a highway engineer, you may know it, otherwise not.
