Notes on 5th and 7th Editions in this thread...

Don't thow away the 5th Edition of this thread just yet. Unfortunately, although superbly clear in comparison, the 7th Edition electronic version has many figures/tables omitted with the message:

"Text not available due to copyright restrictions"

in large grey boxes. You can find the majority of these omitted figures/tables in the 5th Edition, so best to keep it along with the 7th.
