Cementitious Grout Mixer

Could anyone advice me on the suitable cementitious Grout Mixer product? I mean the best product that could be purchased in India or imported? The requirement is as follows :
1. It should have a Bulk silo attached to store the reasonable quantity.
2. It should be mobile in nature as we may need to shift it for some other projects.

what kind of use you need?
Depends on that, and the quantity, you can do it with cement (must be specific type), controlled sand and some addictives.
