Why CSi did not update Etabs Till Now

I do not know why CSi Computer did not update the very famous software Etabs

The Company upgraed CSI Safe , Sap and released a new version of Sap ( CSi Bridge)

But Etabs was not matched with this upgrading , till now using the old user interface..
and many times heared CSi is going to release Etabs V10 and nothing happend..

Can we share Ideas

That is true
it is more than a year i am waiting for new version ETABS 12.0
which has a lot of changes in its apperance and modules (foundation design ,...)
i hope it release as soon as possible
