It is actually the same paper in the link provided by concreteok. I bought the book not really a book but a booklet very thin I would not recommend buying it just read the paper it is almost the same content.

My frustration about the booklet is that it did not show what type of lateral bracing is used to qualify as non sway building. It only shows the tabulated output of the non sway building without any explanation what system is used i.e. shear wall, core wall or bracing. It did not mention anything about the effect of rigid diaphragm. It is just a study of basic regular frame structure nothing special.
