Mobile Software ?

Hello mates,

I have a suggestion for new forum sub-section "Mobile Civil Software" and sub-forums "Android OS" , "iOS" and "Windows Mobile" etc.

There is lot of programs for smartphones and tablets, but there isn't some kind of a Index for this programs, also there reviews are not very reliable.

With Windows 8 - microsoft is pushing cloud environment
If they succeed it will cause a demand
Ipad is planning (or have it already) windows - office ?
I support this request.
