I check the reliability of this spreadsheet and right now I found out that there is an error on the calculation of Ca and Cv.

kindly note that for Zone 4 , the user shall enter the NEAR-SOURCE FACTOR Na & Nv values from table (16-S & 16-T).

as mentioned in the excel file.
