Points EP

Could anyone tell me is it possible that in one moment you have, let say, 4000 points, and in the next moment you have 3900 points, and you haven't been good user and gave that 100 points to someone else?
I'm just curious. If i made some mistake, like posting, and similar, I would really like to know.
