There is a lot of good books in other languages than english. An I quess that tere is a lot of users who know more than english language. So my suggestion is to open one forum with name "foreigne books" so that anyone can upload links for books related to civil engineering other than english language.

Nice idea, but this issue has already been discussed long ago.

There's only one problem... MODERATORS!
We need several moderators with fluency, free time, commitment and responsibility to make this happens.

Our conclusion, at all times in which the matter was handled, is that it would not be efficient and also not increase our forum quality and efficiency, and we create a "Babel Tower" which, unfortunately, does not satisfy everyone.
